Dr. Elaine Denise Ray and Mrs. Carol Weaver are both highly skilled, state certified experienced educators with a passion for helping students discover and strive to achieve self and cultural awareness. 

 

Although Dr. Ray is on sabbatical, Mrs. Weaver continues with the direction of the academy, offering important lessons, clinicians and field trips that reinforce the importance of teaching "factual and true" American History. Their experiences as educators spans the school districts of West Chester, Great Valley, Downingtown, Coatesville & Philadelphia.  Seba Enrichment Academy and the Enrichment Program continues to encourage participants to use their knowledge, gifts, talents and abilities to create positive change in their churches, schools, neighborhoods, and communities.
