The world is becoming increasingly diverse with every passing year. Statistics show that in the U.S. alone between 1980 and 2020, the white working-age population declined from 83% to 63%. At the same time, there’s a growing number of working people who belong to a minority. This trend speaks volumes and imposes a demand for more radical educational changes that can meet the needs of a truly diverse and inclusive society.
